Pre-Qualification Criteria

SCO Requirements & Supported Products

Fuel Buyer Verify supports Standard Contract Offer (SCO) procedures for EN590 10ppm, Jet A1, and related petroleum products under FOB and CIF transaction types. Matching SCO procedures are aligned to the buyer's loading port (FOB) or destination port (CIF), transfer method, and product specification. After enhanced verification, Van Dyke Energy introduces verified buyers to Tier-One suppliers including Chevron, BP, Shell, ExxonMobil, and Saudi Aramco partners.
